EVC Open House and Fall Sports Parent Meeting: August 26th from 5:00-6:30! Masks will be required while in the building.

EVC will be holding their annual Open House on August 26th from 5:00-6:30.
At that time, you will have the opportunity to receive your student’s schedule, meet the staff, and tour the building.

You have two options for this event. You may go directly to EVC’s main gym to receive your student’s schedule. Or, to avoid the line, you may simply sign into Skyward Family Access on August 26th at any time after 12:00 PM to receive your student’s schedule digitally. If you take advantage of this option, when you arrive at EVC for the Open House you may go directly to your student’s first period class to receive a map of the building and then you may begin your self-guided tour.

Additionally, EVC’s Fall Sports Parent Meeting will take place after Open House on the evening of August 26th at 6:30PM in the main gym. This meeting is designed to provide information for 7th and 8th grade student athletes. The meeting will review expectations of the athletic programs at EVC, and provide an opportunity for you and your student to meet the coaches.

The deadline to complete the registration process to ensure your student will practice on the first day of school is August 27th.
