East Valley High School is located at 1900 Beaudry Rd, Yakima, WA.  The clinic is being offered by the Yakima Vaccine Mobile Team, with support from the Yakima Health District, Columbia Safety Medical and Yakima Valley Emergency Management.

The community vaccine clinic is open to anyone, ages 16 and over. Parental permission is required for those that are ages 16 and 17. If a parent cannot attend with their child, please pre-register them online (link below) and be sure to check the permission box to allow the child to receive the shot unattended.

Pre-registration is recommended, but not required.
