COVID-19 Vaccinations Offered: Pfizer and Moderna

• Pfizer vaccine is available for children 5-11 years old, in the pediatric dosage only. Pfizer is the only COVID-19 vaccine that has been approved for this age group. Information: CDC COVID-19 Vaccination for those 5-11 Years Old
• Children 11-17 years old are eligible to receive the adult dosage of the Pfizer vaccine.
• Adults 18+ can choose from either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine (first two doses are required to be the same brand of vaccine).
